Overview
The Organization Management feature lets users create and manage enterprise-level workspaces within brainful.
It provides two key options:
- Create Organization - Set up a new organization where teams can collaborate, share resources, and manage access collectively.
- Join Organization - Connect to an existing organization using a provided code and password (feature coming soon).
Once created, an organization becomes the central environment where members can coordinate work, manage permissions, and access shared analytics.
Purpose
This feature solves the need for structured collaboration across multiple users and projects.
Instead of working in isolated personal spaces, users can now operate under a unified organizational identity, with shared settings, visibility, and control.
It’s important because it:
- Simplifies team management and access control at scale.
- Enables enterprise-level knowledge sharing across multiple contributors.
- Establishes clear ownership and accountability for resources and activity.
Use Cases
- For teams or companies: Setting up a single environment where all members can collaborate securely.
