Great ideas are killed long before they are ever realised. What I admire about David Goggins is his 'what if?' mentality. The most ambitious ideas are usually brought by individuals and tiny teams, not big ones, because the risk to bet and believe is exponentially difficult for every next person. You are your biggest believer and it's important to have conviction and the relentless pursuit of your ideas without any particular expectation of return.
